SWING INTO SPRING – JUNE 2, 2017 May 25 2017

We are making final preparations for our largest annual fundraiser which supports ALL STUDENTS in the Campbell Music Program.  In order for this event to be a success, WE NEED YOUR DONATIONS!  So far, we have received fewer donations than in previous years and unless we have your help, CAMPA will not be able to continue to provide the level of support for clinicians, tours, and other music program activities as in the past.   Here’s how you can help: 
Make a Silent Auction Donation: CAMPA asks each family in the Campbell Area Music Program to donate at least one item for the silent auction.  Suggested donation items include merchandise like sporting goods, gift baskets, home décor, music, books, artwork, or clothing. Services such as lawn care, photography, and beauty treatments can also be donated. Gift certificates also make great auction items. Please fill out a donation form and send it with your items to the school music teachers as soon as possible so that we can prepare ahead.
Make a Cash Donation:  Can’t think of an item to donate to the auction?  CAMPA also accepts cash donations online and at the event.  Tax receipts are available on request.
Buy TicketsAlso, if you have not already done so, please purchase your tickets online or at the Campbell Office.  This event is for EVERYONE, not only jazz students and their families.  All music students, their friends, and families are welcome to attend.   Ticket sales will continue until June 1 but please note that this event usually sells out so don't wait if you are planning to attend!
Buy Raffle Tickets: Don’t forget to buy your ticket on a 50/50 raffle with a maximum prize value of $2500 if all 1000 tickets are sold!!  Tickets are $5 each, and will be available at the event.
Bring Dessert: Each jazz student is asked to bring a fruit tray or one dozen dainties (e.g. brownies, bars, etc. uncut and able to eat without a utensil). Please do not bring donuts or cookies. The items can be dropped off at Living Hope Alliance Church any time after 1:00 pm on June 2.
